Every other Thursday at 6:15 p.m @ AlaUla Healing (Call for directions/address) Longmont 80501, we will be led in Hatha Yoga by PachaMama Peggy. Massage is avail BY APPT on "Yoga-Thursdays[/b Your Choice:hot stone massages Raindrop treatment, which involves the use of 9 special essential oils sprinkled on the back, the back is massaged and then covered with warm, moist towels, that's covered with a big, soft, dry towel, sheet and blanket, while the legs are massaged, etc, etc. It's just AMAZING!! Peggy trained in Shiatsu and Jen Shin Acupressure, as well as Reflexology. We do Swedish massages and Integrated, meaning we can combine some of these various types of massage for a PERSONALIZED touch. We will see you here for a whole-body "RENEWING", organic tea, and snacks. COST=The VALUE of this session is PRICELESS but if you can afford $18, that covers the cost of Yoga/Meditation..
