Transitional Pastors provide spiritual leadership in guiding churches through stages of transtion while they are without a pastor. The basic principles and guidance found in Transitional Pastor Training have been beneficial to Pastors of existing churches that have plateaued or are in decline. Colorado Baptists are offering this seminar to address pastors in both of these situations.
