Day one of the Pastor's training will incorporate some of the transferable lessons found in Transitional Pastor Training. You will be trained in: How to understand your own leadership style? How to deal with Conflict? How to look at the churches history and assess its current reality? How to focus on Kingdom principles? How can you help your church in the area of Stewardship? Day two will be taught by Michael Atkinson and Ron Clement. They will teach on: Prayer: A Necessary Prescription for the Church. Evangelism: Developing an Intentionally Evangelistic Lifestyle Church. Lay Mobilization: God's assignment for pastors to equip the church for ministry.
