Holman Ranch Vineyards & Winery Teams Up With Will’s Fargo Dining House and Saloon for a Wine Pairing Dinner to Delight the Senses!

Holman Ranch Vineyards and Winery will be having a winemaker’s dinner at Will's Fargo Dining House & Saloon in Carmel Valley Village. Will’s Fargo is known for traditional favorites at a classic steak house and saloon. Will’s Fargo’s Chef Jerome Viel offers a menu where beef reigns, but ample marquee space is given to fresh fish, vegetarian dishes and other delicious items sourced from local farmers. All selections are cleverly prepared to appease the loyal crowd of locals and tourists alike; at the same time, Viel’s subtle hand plays to the more sophisticated palate. Dessert is worth a trip by itself for one of the best apple galettes outside of Brittany. Viel will be creating a four course wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, January 18th at Wills’ Fargo located at 16 W. Carmel Valley Road in Carmel Valley Village. The dinner will be paired with Holman Ranch Vineyards and Winery estate wines. Holman Ranch Vineyard will be pouring their full-bodied Pinot Noir, a crisp, fruit forward Pinot Gris, the Rose of Pinot Noir and its lightly-oaked, food friendly Chardonnay. The dinner costs $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reception begins at 6pm and dinner at 7:00 p.m. Space is limited to 60 people. Reservations are required. Call 831-659-2774.
