About the class: A fun and challenging program that combines deep core strength, coordination, control and balance. Using the Pilates chair and mat work, clients will achieve an overall body workout for the core, legs, arms, gluteal and back muscles. Multi-level spring resistance on the chair develops core strength and longer, leaner muscles.
