Health Preservation Tai Chi & Qigong Class
Learn and practice Foundational Tai Chi and Qigong movements such as joint and spinal breathing and silk reeling exercises to improve health, vitality, balance and flexibility. These exercises benefit those of any Tai Chi style or those who are new to Tai Chi. Qigong helps to improve any style of Tai Chi or Martial Arts as well as improve one’s health significantly. Very gentle focused movements that incorporate breathing and visualizations.
Mondays (5:30pm-6:30pm)
