About the teacher: I am a mother of four young children and know the importance of staying fit and being a good example for my kids. I have been interested and involved in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years. While on active duty in the Air Force I was the youngest member of the Health and Wellness Team at Langley Air Force Base. I soon realized I enjoyed learning and teaching others how to get and stay fit. After I had my third child in 2005, I obtained my personal training certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. I went on to help other women get back into shape after having children. In 2007, after the birth of my fourth child, I purchased a Baby Boot Camp Stroller Fitness franchise. We moved to Colorado Springs in November of 2009 and I again continued teaching Baby Boot Camp. In January of 2011, I ventured off on my own and currently own and operate Her Strength Fitness Boot Camps for Women in Colorado Springs where I continue to train women o
