About the class: High Intensity Interval Training boot camp. A 45-50 minute workout for women of all fitness levels. The class consists of cardio drills and strength training utilizing body weight, exercise tubes and free weights. We will focus on core strength and stability along with full body toning and fat loss. Get in and out and get your metabolism burning high all day long. About the teacher: I am a mother of four young children and know the importance of staying fit and being a good example for my kids. I have been interested and involved in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years. While on active duty in the Air Force I was the youngest member of the Health and Wellness Team at Langley Air Force Base. I soon realized I enjoyed learning and teaching others how to get and stay fit. After I had my third child in 2005, I obtained my personal training certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. I went on to help other women get back into shape after having children. In 2007, after the birth of my fourth child, I purchased a Baby Boot Camp Stroller Fitness franchise. We moved to Colorado Springs in November of 2009 and I again continued teaching Baby Boot Camp. In January of 2011, I ventured off on my own and currently own and operate Her Strength Fitness Boot Camps for Women in Colorado Springs where I continue to train women o
