In Doreen Virtue's book The Lightworker's Way, Doreen describes a lightworker as "those who volunteered, before birth, to help the planet and its population heal from the effects of fear. Each lightworker is here for a sacred purpose." She goes on to say, "You are meant to be a lightworker if you: feel called to heal others; want to resolve the world's social and environmental problems; believe that spiritual methods can heal any situation have had mystical experiences, such as psychic premonitions or angelic encounters; have endured harsh life experiences that eroded the knowledge of your divine perfection; want to heal your own life as a first step in healing the world; feel compelled to write, teach, or counsel about your healing experiences; and know that you are here for a higher purpose, even if you are unsure what it is or how to fulfill it." In short, a lightworker is someone who feels driven to help and guide others. To enlighten them to their true spiritual purpose. To uplift the planet and her inhabitants. To bring light and love to those around us. To heal those who are suffering. To bring joy to the downtrodden. To be of service to humanity. If you have the desire to heal, have had psychic experiences of any kind, have a deep connection to mother earth, are a teacher, or feel driven to help others in any way, shape, or form, chances are you yourself are a lightworker. Join us for a new 90-minute BI-WEEKLY (every 2 weeks) lightworker's support group. This program is part discussion group, part meditation, and part workshop and is designed for everyone on the lightworker's path. We will begin our bi-weekly support group by following the teachings of Kryon, a channeled being who is responsible for serving in the schools throughout the universe. As we progress, we will explore other channeled teachings in the hopes to expand our knowledge and live our divine purpose helping others on their path to enlightenment and healing. Meet us at 6:30pm at 1515 S. Tejon every other Tuesday evening. Each month, we will meditate together to raise our vibrations. Then we will discuss various channeled writings, challenges, brainstorm ways to learn and grow. More information on meeting contents will be posted as this gathering progresses.
