About the class: Reformer I MovementThis class focuses on the beginning level Reformer work, but unlike the Technique class, this class is in constant motion. Experience the flow of the Reformer work as one piece moves into the next piece throughout the class. We strongly suggest that students take at least ten Reformer I Technique classes before attempting this class. About the teacher: Sabra is recognized as a Senior Teacher by Master Teacher, Ron Fletcher, one of the few remaining to have studied directly with Joseph and Clara Pilates. She began her studies with Ron Fletcher in 1991 and taught at The Ron Fletcher Company in Los Angeles under Diane Severino and Michail Podwal. She is a sought after "Teacher of Teachers" and has been a presenter at the Body, Mind, Spirit Conference and the Pilates Method Alliance annual conference. Sabra also holds a BA in Dance from Loretto Heights College in Denver where she studied under James Clouser. Sabra, and her husband, Tim Zimmer, have co-owned Power Plus, Inc. in Denver since 1993.
