TRX is a total body exercise system that challenges your muscles in a way that normal resistance training cannot. This camp -run by a DU certified trainer- will increase your STAMINA, STABILITY, and STRENGTH. TRX Camp uses the popular suspension training system, "TRX". Class will meet at the climbing wall.
