Denver Fencing Center: Denver, CO Regional Youth Circuit - Denver. This tournament will feature Y14, Y12 and Y10 events in all three weapons. Y10 and Y12 Men's and Women's events, if we have 4 or more female fencers in the event, otherwise mixed. Y14 will fence both events, all weapons. Regional Youth Circuit Event. This tournament will feature Youth 14, Youth 12 and Youth 10 events in all three weapons. PLEASE NOTE: All EVENTS will be fenced at: Denver Fencing Center 1930 South Navajo Street Denver, CO 80223 Events Scheduled: Y10 Women's Epee Y10 Women's Foil Y10 Women's Saber Y12 Women's Epee Y12 Women's Foil Y12 Women's Saber Y14 Women's Epee Y14 Women's Foil Y14 Women's Saber Y10 Men's Epee Y10 Men's Foil Y10 Men's Saber Y12 Men's Epee Y12 Men's Foil Y12 Men's Saber Y14 Men's Epee Y14 Men's Foil Y14 Men's Saber Preregistration opens on 09/11/2011. Preregistration closes on 10/28/2011. Cost: $10 registration fee $25 per event This tournament will have either rated referees or 'D' or higher rated fencers refereeing. Regional Youth Circuit serve as a qualifying path for North American Cup and National Championships. If you fence in the Youth 10 or Youth 12 event at this tournament, you are qualified for the same event at the National level. If there are fewer than 4 entrants in an event, we will combine the men's and women's events. As an additional qualification path to Y14 National Championships - Place first in the Y14 event at a current-season RYC tournament. To enable qualification, we will fence both men's and women's Y14 events regardless of the number entered. Medals will be award to the top 8 in events with more than 10 fencers and top 4 in events with less than 10 fencers. This tournament is sanctioned by the USA Fencing Regional tournament rules.
