The grand opening of the Elizabeth Guild Thrift Shop was January 20,1973. Named in memory of the wife of Roger Knutsson, a long-time summer resident who contributed $100,000 to the hospital district. Since its inception in 1973 the Elizabeth Guild has raised in excess of $2.5 million dollars for the medical center. Thousands of volunteer hours have been given to make this effort successful. Come shop for clothing, home decor items, toys and more! In 2006 , The Guild opened Lizzie's Boutique adjacent to the thrift shop. This quaint shop carries Upscale Resale items. Proceeds benefit Estes Park Medical Center.
