Fort Collins, Colorado is locally known as the “sibling” of Boulder, Colorado. This meaning, it has all the same great aspects (unique shops and boutiques, galleries, and fine restaurants) as Boulder, but with a few less crowded streets. Fort Collins offers a wide assortment of accommodations. If you are more into the historical downtown area, many recommend staying at the newly renovated, historic Armstrong Hotel, which is found in the center of town. If you are more into the natural feel of Fort Collins, there are many cottages or cabins available to you that live beside the Cache la Poudre River or near the Rock Mountain National Park.
