In addition, local town parks and beach access points are too numerous to count. All are available to the public with no fees! Visit the Barrier Island Sanctuary & the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge that begins in Melbourne Beach. Or enjoy the Sebastian Inlet State Recreational area which has 823 acres of fishing, boating and camping for your enjoyment. Wetlands to view migratory birds, spring time nesting turtles, hiking and nature trails and air boat rides are all available. You may enjoy watching spring baseball training at the Space Coast Stadium with seating for over 8,000 or their minor league games. If you want the sunny, warm outdoors we’ve got it!
