I CAN DO A 5K! (An 8-week introductory running program)

This 8-week program is designed for the beginning runner with no prior running or very little running experience. Running distances will gradually increase each week. Training plans will be provided for each participant. This course is one of three sessions being offered this season: A) Sunday, June 5th - Sunday, July 24th B) Sunday, July 31st - Sunday, September 18th C) Sunday, September 25th - Sunday, November 13th
