Retreat Schedule: Thursday, November 10th Anytime after 2pm: Check in Dinner on your own (the hotel can help with suggestions) 8:30pm: Cocktails, appetizers and dessert to kick off the retreat Friday, November 11th 8am: Breakfast 9am: Forum retreat meetings with facilitators 12pm: Lunch served in forum rooms (*Members who are At Large and not part of a forum will meet starting at 12noon.) 6pm: Group Dinner with a presentation by Diana Chapman Saturday, November 12th 7am: Breakfast 8am: Taste of Forums - Members will be split in to new groups to have forum experiences with people outside your forum 12pm: Group Lunch 1pm: Chapter business 2pm: Presentation about the Big Bang WPO transition 3pm: Open Discussion 3:30pm: Retreat ends (*There is a block of rooms available under our reservation for Saturday night should members want to stay that evening as well.)
