About the class: Flow your way to a stronger, longer, and more balanced, flexible body. This class focuses on breath and combines traditional yoga asanas with poses specifically selected to target the core, backs and hips for pole perfection. All levels welcome. Come relax the mind, detoxify the body and find your yoga goddess within.***Please bring your own mat and towel***Cost:$15.00Included in Monthly Unlimited About the teacher: Helen started practicing yoga as a way of balancing life as a grad student in New York City. Initially drawn to the physical benefits of the practice and the similarities to dance, she quickly found herself returning for the total sense of calm and wellness that yoga delivers. She hopes to help her students find peace and balance in their own lives through yoga. Helen teaches a vinyasa flow class, focusing on Iyengar alignment, pranyama, Thai yoga adjustments and yoga philosophy. She believes that no two classes should be the same, and incorporates creative sequences and targeted asanas to address each student's personal focus and goals. Helen completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance training from the Rasa School of Yoga under the direction of Carolina Vivas.
