The answer is Diavolo: exhilarating dance architecture that offers a cinematic experience, eliciting gasps and cheers from the audience. The dancers of Diavolo ricochet from one end of the stage to the other, slithering in and out of apertures and flinging themselves at 45-degree angles. By leaping, flying and twirling on and around these props, the dancers create metaphors for the challenges of relationships, the absurdities of life and the struggle to maintain our humanity in an increasingly technological world.
